Due to change in alignment of the sewer, the area of street restc�ration was
reduced 2250 sq. yds.
6-inch gravel base (C1. 5) 2250 sq. yds. @ $0.60 = $1350.00
Bitu�inous Surfacing (F-2) 225 ton @ $8.00 = 1800.0�
Totsl Net Deduction = $3150.00

WAEREAS, The totel deduction is $3150.00, and the Co�issioner of Public 'Works
has agreed with the Contractor that the amount of $3150.00 is the correct sum to be
deducted fmm said contract, therefore be it
RESOLVED, That the City of St. Paul through its City Council approves the
foregoing deductions made in accordance with the Specifications in the sua of
$315U.00, said amount to be deducted from the lump summ consideration named in
the contract, known as Comptroller's Contrect L-7199.

providnd for in the Specifications, and
WHEREAS, It has been found necessary to make the following Deductions:
