WHEREAS, Additions which might prove to be necessary in the Inaprove��nt
described as construction of the ALBANY-ARONA RELIEF SEWER, Comptroller's
Contract L-7271, City Froject No. 70-S-1239, Beatson & Kelly, Inc., ContrBCtor,
have been provided for in the Specifications, and
WHFREAS, It has been found necessary to make the following Additions to
grade and surface the co�►plete roadway surface on Almond Avenue from Arona St.
to Pascal St. f.or the prime purpose of providing adeqnate drainage.
Lu�p Sum - $1800.00
Total Net Addition = $1800.00
and

� WHERBAS, The total addition is $1800.00, and the Co�issioner of public
Works has agreed with the Contractor that the a�ount of $1800.00 is the correct
sum to be added to said eontract, therefore be it
RTsSOLV�D, That the City of St. Paul through its City Council agproves the
foregoing additions �ade in accordance with the Specifications in the sum of
$1800.00, said eaount to be added to the lu�p suo consideration named in the
contract, known as �troller's Contract L-7271, and which anonnt is to be
financed from 9�69�k1� Capital I�proveaent Bond Funds.
