RESOLVED, that pursuant to Section 466.08, Minnesota Statutes
1g63, and upon delivery to the Corporation Counsel � a release
approved by him, Jacob P. Kemen and Sonja R. Kemen, individually
and as husband and wife, be paid �459.25 out of the Tort Liability
Fund 0035-421, in full settlement of their claim for damages and
injuries sustained as a result of an accident on February 26, 1970,
with Theodore C. Hynziker, policeman, while in the performance of
his official duties.
