WHE�LAS, �rdinance No. 3250 authorizes and provides
for overtime wor�, and.
WHEREAS, the Clerk of Municipal Court has authorized
overtime work in his department during the period from
July 25, 1�370 to August 7, 1970,therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the proper Citg Officials are hereb�
authorized to pay the employees who perform such overtime
work in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No.
6l.�I�6 and No. 3250.
