RESOLVED, tha.t out of the Workmen's Compensation Account
of the General Fund weekly compensation of $70.00 be paid
Roger Gatz while he is temporarily totally disabled by reason
of injuries he received on July l, 1970, while employed by
the Department of Parks and Recreation and Public Buildings ,
and that $7.00 in final settlement, for one-half day of
disability on July 7, 1970, is now due and payable.
