The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of Finance
upon the above improvement, �n�l having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same ia hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommenda is
to reconstruct the sidewal� on the west sid�f 9irginia-St. froa �. Jessamine Ave: to
6era�ium Ave. and dlso Lot 6, Block 6, Auerbach � Haads Addition knc�wa as 114.7

Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 17 th day of
February� -.1970 , at the hour of 10 o'c�lock A.M., in the Council Chamber of.the �ourt
` House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Cornmissioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating tke time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
