The Council of the City of .St. Paul having received the` report of the Cominiasioner of Finance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the sa,id report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered �o be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is
to reconstruct the sidewalk on both sides of St. Albans St. from Lafond Ave. to
Blair Ave. and by doing all other work which is necessary and incidental to
complete said improves�ent, except where good and sufficient gpur�d sidewalks naw
exis t.
with no alternatives, and that the estim$ted cost thereof is $ 3.80 per lin. ft. for 5' walk
$ 4.60 per lin. ft. for 6' Walk, _
Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said impro`vement on the 17 t�_day of
February, 1970 , st the hour of 10 dclock A.Nl., in the CounciT Chamber of the Court
House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commisaioner of Finance give notice af -
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time artd plac�e of
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total co�t thereof �s estimated.
