In the Matter of reconstructing the sidewalk on both sides of Milton St. from
Otto Ave. to Scheffer Ave. and by doing all other work which is necessary and in-
cidental to complete said improvement.
under Preliminary Order 246��2 approvecl December 23, 1969
The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commiasioner of �nance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves;
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is
to reconstruct 'the sidewalk on both sides of Milton St. from Otto Ave. to Scheffer
Ave. and by doing all ather work which is necessary and .incidental to complete said _
i�aprovement, except where good aad sufficient poured sidewalks no� exist.
with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $ 3:$0 per 1in. ft. for 5' walk

Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 17 th day of
gebrusry� 1970 , , at the hour of 10 o'elock A.M., in the Council Chamber of the Caurt
Houae and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of
heaxing, the nature of the improvement and the total co�t thereof as estimated.
