WHEREAS, It has been determined that a revision of the Special
+_ Provisions is necessary to better define the work to be done and to insure
��� a more uniform procedure for preparation of bids; now therefore, �pon the
recanmendation of the Cortmissioner of Public Works, be it
RESOLVED, That the specifications for the above named improvement, as
approved by the Council , are hereby amended a�ith Addendum No. I , which is
attached to and made a part of the above mentioned contract, and that
f urther, all interested parties be notified of this addendum.

On plan and profile sheet #4149, the plan calis for 255.6' of 12".
This should be changed to read: 255.6' of 15" as is shown in the
profile.
