WHEREAS, Robert L. Coppock had his application for a Saint Paul Taacicab Driver's
License denied by action of the City Council on May 7, 2003 for having a suspended Minnesota
driver's license and three moving violations in the last year; and
WHEREAS, Mr. Coppock's driving privileges have been reinstated by the State of
Minnesota and one of his moving violarions now falls outside of the one year period; and
WHEREAS, on the date of the Council action Mr. Coppock did meet the eligibility
requirements for a Saint Paul taacicab driver's license; now, therefore be it
RESOLVED, that the denial of Robert L. Coppock's applicarion for a Saint Paul Tasicab
Driver's License taken under Council File # 03-428 is hereby rescinded and the license is
approved.

The Taxicab Driver license application submitted by Robert L. Coppock was denied by the City Council on May 7,
2003 for both a suspended Minnesota driver's license and 3 moving violations within the last, which made him
ineligible for licensing as a talcicab driver pursuant to St. Paul L,egislative Code §376.16(e). However, those
deficiencies were cortected by the time the matter went before Council on May 7, 2003, when his license
application was denied.
