The assessment af beaefits, costs aad expenses for and in connection with
the above imp�ovement having been submitted ta thQ Council, and the Council having considered same
and found the said asseasment satisfactory, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the said assessment be and the same is hereby in all respects approved.
RFSOLVED FURTHER,, That a public heaxing be had an sa.id assessment on the 11 th
da.y of February., 1970 , at th� hour of 10 o'cicek A. M., in the Council Chaml�er of
the Court House and City Hall Building, in the City of St. Paul; that the Commissioner of Finance
give no�tice of sa.id meetings, as required by the Charter, stating in said notice the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement, and the amount a�sessed against the lot or lots of the paxticular
owner to whom the notice is directed.
