RESOLVED, that pursuant to the Award of the Industrial
Commission of Minnesota, dated January 8, 1970 , Francis J.
Singewald be paid the sum of $11�000 .00 out of the 4Jorkmen's
Compensation Account of the General Fund� representing compen-
sation for the period of 244 3/5 weeks at the weekly rate of
$45.00 for permanent total disability resulting from an
occupational disease allegedly occurring to him during his
employment with the City of St. Pauly Department of Public
Safety, between March 19 , 1929 and May 20 � 1966�
FURTHER RESOLVED, that out of the aforementioned compen-
sation, the sum of $2�750 .00 shall be deducted and paid directly
to Latimer and Mahlum as and far attorney's fees for serv�ces
rendered on behalf of said employee, plus payment of $351.53 as
reimbursement for costs ; and that the balance of $8 ,250 .00 be
paid directly to Francis J. Singewald.
