therefor and herebq awards contract for furnishing and delivering to the Citq of Saint
Paul, Department of Public Works, Buresu of Maiatenance Services, 80,000 Cu. Yards�
more or less, of Fi11 Mat�rial to serve as cover material at Pigs Eye and Fish
Ha�cherq Landfills, for period beginning March 1, 1970, to W. J. EBTRTZ CO3 for
the contract price of approximatelq $83,92�.04, in accordance with plans and
specifications, and Formal Bid #3931 of said W. J. Ebertz Co., such bid being
the lowest meeting specifications and said W. J. Ebertz Co., being a reasonable
and reliable bidder and the Corporation Counsel be and hereby is directed to draft
the proper form of contract therefox and the proper City officials are hereby
authorized to execute said contract on behalf of the City of 5aint Paul.
