Dear Mr. Marshall:
This is written in response to the application of Sheehy
Construction Company for a permit to install a 45-car parking
lot in conjunction with the Sunray Branch Library. This
property is located on the north side of Wilson Avenue at
Pederson Street extended. The property is further described
as:
The south 295.5 feet of the north 685.67
feet of the west 404.00 feet of the east
1/2 of the NW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Sec.
35, T. 29 N, R. 22 W, subject to ease-
ments in vacated Pederson Street, and
subject to Wilson Avenue.
This matter was before the Board of Zoning at its meeting
on November 20, 1969. Since the applicant was not present at
the meeting the Board laid the matter over for two weeks. This
matter was again heard by the Board of Zoning at its meeting on
December 4, 1969. Mr. Eugene Flynn, representing the applicant,
was present. The staff reported that revised plans meet required
design standards and have the Traffic Engineer's approval.
Therefore, the Board of Zoning recommends approval of this
application by a vote of S-0.
