A perpetual easement for utility purposes over under and across
that part of Lots 6 through Z5, Block l, Dunlap Place Addition,
lying west of a line described as commencing at the Northwest
corner of said Lot 6; thence Northeasterly along the Idorth line
of said Lot 6 a distance of +0.00 feet to the point of beginning
of the line to be described; thence Southerly to a point on the

Said temporary easement to terminate on April l, 1970.
The owner of the above described lands, Reid Lands Inc. , has accepted an
offer tendered by the City in the amount of 4,000 as campensation for the
sale of said easements to the City.
This proprty is needed by the City in connection with the construction of
the Griggs-Stanford Relief Sewer project. In view of the reasonable price
for which it can be purchased, said price being the appraised fair and
reasonable market value thereof, we, the Committee of La.nds, do recommend
to the Council of the City of Saint Pa.ul that it authorize the purchase of
said easements in lieu of condemnation proceedings at the price of $4,000
as neotiated with the owner.
