WHEREAS, under Ordinance No. 2�6710, introduced in the
Council of the City of Saint Paul on December 17, 1969, the
proper City officers were direc�ed to pay out �f the Tort
Liability Fund o035-�+21 to Mrs . L�onard M. Sofie the sum of
$550.00 in full settlement of her claim for dama.ges and injuries
sustained by reason of a fa11 on a. defective sidewalk; and
WHEREAS, as par� and parcel of said settlernent, it was
agreed that the landowner' s insurance company, Great American
Insurance Company, would contribute and pay to the City of
Saint Paul, as its share, $368.00; and such payment dated
December 17, 196g, has now been received; now be it
RESOLVED that '�he pr�per City officers ar� authorized
and directed to deposit the draft of the 4reat American
Insurance Company l�o. 158775, dated December 17, 196g, in
the amount of $368.00 in the Tort Liabil3.ty Fund o035-�21 .
