The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the 'report of the Comrnissioner of Finance
� u;wn,the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby reaolves:
1. That the said report and the sarne ia hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with. -
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is
to r�construct the eidevalk oa the w�at side of Park St. fra� Acker St. �o Sqcas�ore
St. aad by doing all, other Wvrk which is neceasary a�d iacidental to-¢o�p�,ett�s�id ����

Resolved Further, That a public hearing be'had on said improvement on thp 3rd day of
Febrnary, 1970 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., in the Council Chamber of the Court
House and City Hall Building in the City of St. PauL That the Commisaioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persflns and in the manner provided by the Chaxter, stating the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cast thereof as estimated.
