That the peutioner's, their successors and assigns shall pay $500.00 as an administrative fee for this vacation which is due and payable within 60 days of the effecuve date of this resolution. 2. That a permanent utility easement sha11 be retained within the vacated azea to protect the interest of Xcel Energy Electric for existing distribution lines in the vacated area, any relocation of these facilities will be at the expense of the developer and contingent upon acquisition of easements over any new location. 3. That at the direction of the City of St. Paul, Department of Public Works the remaining right of way will have in place the proper lighting and signals. 4.
