are hereby gran'�ecl, subject to the followin� conditions:
l. That a tight fence� apiroximately 6 feet, 6 inches in height be
constructed and maintained along the alley or north property
line of the restaurant from the north corner of the building
to t he northeast and northwest corners of the property;
2. That an additional door be constructed and maintained on the east
side of the b uildin�; so_that delivery service will be possible
from Marshall Avenue or south side;
