Gentlemen:
T'he Building Department is hereby submittinq its report
on the condition of the structures at the above location.
The owner of record is Petra M. Nicholson and the
legal description of the property is Lot 4, Block 5, Dean1s
Subdivision and part of Smith 8� Lett� s Outlots .
A recent inspection indicates the followinq:
Building Classification : Sinqle Family
Exterior: Poor condition, entire exterior is in a diplapidated
condition.
First Floor: Three ( 3) rooms all vandalized beyond repair.
Second Floor: Two ( 2) rooms and bath, vandalized beyond repair.
Accessory Buildings: 18' x 22' garac�e dilapidated and vandalized.
The subject property has been boarded up by the city
since August 20, 1970.
Inasmuch as the conaitions outlined above constitute
a public hazard and the owner has made no attempt to satisfac-
torily repair the damaqe despite our warninqs, it is the
recommendation of this bureau that this matter be referred to
the City AttorneyTs office for razinq and removal throuqh '"� -
