The owner of record is Petra M. Nicholson and the legal description of the property is Lot 4, Block 5, Dean1s Subdivision and part of Smith 8� Lett� s Outlots . A recent inspection indicates the followinq: Building Classification : Sinqle Family Exterior: Poor condition, entire exterior is in a diplapidated condition. First Floor: Three ( 3) rooms all vandalized beyond repair. Second Floor: Two ( 2) rooms and bath, vandalized beyond repair. Accessory Buildings: 18' x 22' garac�e dilapidated and vandalized. The subject property has been boarded up by the city since August 20, 1970.
