WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 3250 authorizes and provides
for payment for overtime work and,
WHEREAS, The City C1erk has authorized overtime work
in his department (Bureau of �lections ) during the
period from Qctober 31 to November 13, 1970.
RESOLVED, That the proper City Officers are hereby
suthorized to pay the employees who performed such
overtime work in accordance with the provisions of
Ordinance No. 6LE.I�6 and No. 3250.
