BE IT RESOLVED, Pursuant to Minnesota Statute, Section 204B.16, the Council of the City of Saint Paul
hereby approves the following list of polling precinct location changes for the Primary Election of
September 9, 2003 and the General Election of November 4, 2003. Should further changes occur in the
polling locations between the date of this resolution and November 4, 2003, the Ramsey County Election
Bureau is hereby authorized to find appropriate locations in which to hold the elections. A postal
notification will be sent to all registered voters affected by the changes.

We have concluded our annual inspection of our polling places in Saint Paul. As
a result of our survey, I am proposing that the city council consider the following
changes for the 2003 elections.
