WHEREAS, Section 32 of Ordinance No. 3250 provides
for a Civil Service Board of Review, the members of which shall
be appointed by the Mayor subject to the approval of the City
Council; and
WHEREAS, the Mayor has submitted for the Council's
consideration and approval the appointment of Mr. Curtis J. Burns ,
1880 Marshall, Saint Paul, Minnesota, as a member of the Civil
Service Board of Review, to fill the unexpired 6-year term of
Mr. LeRoy A. Benshoof, whose terrn expires June 30 , 1975 ,
Mow, Therefore , be it
RESOLVED, that the appointment of Mr. Curtis J. Burns
to the Civil Service Board of Review, to serve the balance of
the term as hereinbefore set forth, is hereby approved.
