RESOLVED, That in accordance 4rith Minnesota Stat�tes Sections
463.15 through 463.26, and based upon the foregoinc� fimdinn, of the
City Council , the Council of the Cit.y of Saint Paul does hereby make
the followin� Order:

GPntlemen:
The Build.ing Department is hereby submitting its report
on the condition of the structure at the above location.
The owner of record. is Hyman Sigal, and. the legal description
of the property is Lot 19, Block 2, Woodland Park Ad.d.ition.
A recent inspection indicates that the building is classified. as
a frame multiple d.welling.
EXTERIOR. Sid,ing deteriorated and broken. Holes in roof and.
cornice decayed. Roof has been damaged. by fire. Front and rear porches
d.ecayed and dilapidated..
FIRST FLOOR. Severely d.amaged by fire.
SECOND FLOOR. Severely d.amaged. by fire.
This building appears to be structurally uns.ound. due to fire
damage. It has been boarded up since September 4, 1970 und.er city contract.
Inasmuch as the cond.itions outlined above constitute a public
hazard and the owner has made no attempt to satisfactorily repair the damage
despite our warnings, it is the recommendation of this bureau that this matter
be referred. to the City Attorney's office for razing and. removal through District
Court proceedings.
