The owner of record. is Hyman Sigal, and. the legal description of the property is Lot 19, Block 2, Woodland Park Ad.d.ition. A recent inspection indicates that the building is classified. as a frame multiple d.welling. EXTERIOR. Sid,ing deteriorated and broken. Holes in roof and. cornice decayed. Roof has been damaged. by fire. Front and rear porches d.ecayed and dilapidated.. FIRST FLOOR. Severely d.amaged by fire. SECOND FLOOR. Severely d.amaged. by fire. This building appears to be structurally uns.ound. due to fire damage. It has been boarded up since September 4, 1970 und.er city contract.
