The owner of record is Mr. Fletcher 5wanson and. the legal description of the property is Lot 4, Block 8, Mackubin and. Marshall's Ad.d.ition. A recent inspection indicates the following: Build.ing Classification. Fourplex of frame construction. Exterior. Siding and cornice rotted, Roof d.ecayed. and sagging. Porches are decayed and in a very hazardous cond, ition. Interior. The interior of this dwelling was not inspected., as we were unable to gain entry. Accessory Buildings. The garage is dilapidated and dangerous and constitutes an attractive nuisance. The subject property has been board.ed up by the city since 5eptember 22, 1970, Inasmuch as the cond.itions outlined above constitute a pub.lic hazard and the owner has made no attempt to s atisfactorily repair the d.amage despite our warnings, it is the recommendation of this bureau that this matter be referred to the City Attorney's office for razing and removal through District Court proceedings. er rul yo s , e . e "" RLA/mfs City c itect ,,, ,U'.,' cc: Messrs.
