RESOLUED, Tha.t in accordance ��ith Minnesota Statutes Sections
463.15 through �63.26, and based upon the foreqoinh findings of the
Citv Council , the Council of the Cit.y of Saint Paul does hereby make
the� follotiJing drder:
ORDER

shall make the same safe and not detrimental ta t ,e nu ic peace,
health, safety and welfare by havinc� the said d��ellin,3,_�

2. Unless such corrective action is taken to comnl,y i�ith this Order
or an answer served upon the City of Saint Paul and filed in the Office

Gentlemen:
The Building Departm�nt is hereby submitting its report, on the
condition of the structures at. the above location.
The owner of record is Mr. & Mrs. William Jandric and the legal
description of the property is West Z of Lot 15, A. Vance Browns
Sub. of Block 32, St.inson Brown & Ramseys Add`n.
A r�cent inspection indicates th� following:
Buildinq Classification - Single family (frame)
Ext�erior - Cornice decayed on all sides of house. Porch shows
signs of decay and is sagging. Asbestos siding is cracked in
many places.
Th� interior of th� structure was not inspected by this dep artment
inasmuch as our inspect,or caulfl not gain �ntrance.
The subject prop�rty has b�en boarded up by the city sinc�
Septemb�r 28, 1970.
Inasmuch as th� conditions of this property constitute a public
hazard and the owner has made no attempt to satisfactorily repair
the damage despite our warnings, it is the recomm�ndation of this
bureau th at this matter be referred to the City Attorney's office
for razing and removal through District Court proce�dings.
