The owner of record is Mr. & Mrs. William Jandric and the legal description of the property is West Z of Lot 15, A. Vance Browns Sub. of Block 32, St.inson Brown & Ramseys Add`n. A r�cent inspection indicates th� following: Buildinq Classification - Single family (frame) Ext�erior - Cornice decayed on all sides of house. Porch shows signs of decay and is sagging. Asbestos siding is cracked in many places. Th� interior of th� structure was not inspected by this dep artment inasmuch as our inspect,or caulfl not gain �ntrance. The subject prop�rty has b�en boarded up by the city sinc� Septemb�r 28, 1970.
