''" OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK COUNCIL RESOLUTION-GENERAL FORM PRESENTED BY COMMISSIONE ' �� v ATF WHEREAS the City of St. Paul , through its Department of Public Works, has maintained, improved, and performed construction work on various county state aid highways located within the city limits of the City of St. Paul , and WHEREAS the Ramsey Coanty Board has budgetted for the year 197'� approximately $500,000 to reimburse the City for this cost incurred for the said maintenance and construction performed o� these county state aid highways, and WHEREAS the Council of the City of St. Paul upon the reconmendation of the Department of Public Works has determined that the sums paid to the City by the County in the past have not adequately compensated the City for ail its costs incurred on these county state aid highways, and it is the intention now to request that the County Board provide adequate fu�ds for reimbursement to the City in the County�s budget for the calendar year 1971, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, That the Councit of the City of St. Paul hereby requests that the Ramsey County Board of Commissioners provide adequate funds to reimburse the City of St. Paul for the cost incurred by the City in maintaining and constructing the various county state a�d highways located within the limits of the City of St. Paul ; BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Cauncil does hereby request �hat Ramsey �unty assume the maintenance and �snstruction of the foltowing boundary streets: McKnight Road from Carver Avenue to Larpenteur Avenue Larpenteur Avenue from McKnight Road to H�anline Avenue Hsrnline Avenue from Larpe�teur Avenue to Hoyt Avenue Hoyt Avenue from Hamline Avenue to Snelting Avenue Como Avenue from Snetling Avenue to Cleveland Avenue Cleveland Avenue from Como Avenae to Hoyt Avenue, and Hoyt Avenue from Cteveland Avenue to its western extremity. i OFti�1 APP i COUNCILMEN �'��URW-�10 COUNSE�� Adopted by the Council 19— Yeas Nays Butler Carlson Approve� 19— Levine _�n Favor Meredith Sprafka Mayor Tedesco A gainst Mr. President, McCarty �O OR161NAL TO CITY CL6RK �i�11 r:i■� , � •' CITY OF ST.
