On Au�ust 25, 1970, Joseph R. Nemo holder of On Shce
Liquor License at 156 West �eventh Street, received informal
approval and conditional a��prov�.l to transfer this license to
770 East Seventh Street.
Because of circumstances be��ond his ccntrol, a.t this
time he desires to withdraw this appiication for transfer of the
license to this location.
Therefore, at this time, inasmuch as the original
location (156 West Seventh Street) has been acquired by the
Housing and Redevelopment Authority and denolished, application
is made for the transfer of said license to "Inactive" until
such time that a suitable location is found.
Attached is a co�y of his letter of with.drawal.
