Krueger while he is temporarily totally disabled by reason of
injuries he received on September 24, 1970, while employed by
the Department of Public Works; and that $140.00 in final
settl�ement, to and including October 12, 1970, is now due and
payable.

RE: Attached Resolution - Workmen's Compensation
DATE: October 26, 1970
Mr. Henry Krueger, an employee of the Public Works
Department, was injured on September 24, 1970, when he fell
off a ladder at work and sprained his back. His doctor
indicated in his report he could return to work on October
12. He returned on October 13, 1970, (the 12th was a holiday)
and this resolution pays him for his time loss of 10 days.
