Pl INTER-OFFICE COMMUNICATION i; - October 22, 1970 Honorable Robert F. Sprafka Commissioner of Public Works Department Dear Commissioner Sprafka: The attached ordinance concerning some parking meter changes involvesadding Eagle St. from Seventh St. to Exchange St, to the two hour section. The other ordinance involves removing a short section of one-way street. In effect we are preventing southbound vehi- cles on Hazelwood St. from continuing straight ahead where Hazelwood traffic makes a slight turn to the right to continue on the major route of Prosperity. This is being replaced by a Do Not Enter regulation so that traffic entering alleys and driveways within the block is not unduly penalized. Yours very tr y, . , ( !%V 'G-- l Robert G.
