Dear Commissioner Sprafka:
The attached ordinance concerning some parking meter
changes involvesadding Eagle St. from Seventh St. to Exchange
St, to the two hour section.
The other ordinance involves removing a short section of
one-way street. In effect we are preventing southbound vehi-
cles on Hazelwood St. from continuing straight ahead where
Hazelwood traffic makes a slight turn to the right to continue
� on the major route of Prosperity. This is being replaced by
a Do Not Enter regulation so that traffic entering alleys and
driveways within the block is not unduly penalized.
