WHEREAS, the Council of the City of St. Paul, by ordinance
23297�+, has established the procedure to be used in conducting a Dutch
elm disease control program for the City of St. Paul, and under such
control program has listed those things determined to be a public nuisance
when �ound within the City of St. Paul; and
WHEREAS, the City Forester has indicated that conditions exist
on the following properties that he believes to be a public nuisance:

Mr. Lawrence Trudell, 2128 Arlington Dead Chinese elm tree,
St. Paul, Minnesota 55119 west side of house.
Mr. Michael Kray, 3651 Edgerton Property on B�adley between
White Bear Lake, Minnesota 55110 Case & York; trees have been
cut down, but elm Iogs,
brush & stumps must also be
removed.
��� Jandric, Tnc. , 7343 E. Concord Blvd. Property on 71.9 Randolph;
Inver Grove Heights, Minnesota 55075 large elm log & elm stump
in front yard.
Mr. Fran Poss, 280 Stinson Brush, lo�s, & stump from
Stq Paul, Minnesota 55117 - e1m tree that was cut down
in 'back yard; must still be
removed.
Mrs. Rose Griffin Property on 521 York; dead
6116 Calledon Lane elm tree in back yard has
Dallas, Texas 75211 been taken down, but stump
is still there.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the conditions described
by the City For�ster on the above noted properties be declared a public
nuisance and the City Forester is hereby authorized and directed to send
out the proper notices and cause the nuisances to be abated, in accordance
