WHEREAS, Ordinance No. 3250 authorizes and provides
for overtime work, and
WHEREAS, the Clerk of IMunicipal Court has authorized
overti�ne work in his departn�ent during the period from
October 17, 1970 to October 30, 1970, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the proper City Offieials are hereby
authorized to pay the ernployees who perform such overtime
work in accordance with the provisions of Ordinance No.
6446 and No. 3250.
