McCarty, Mayor and Members of the City Council c/o City Clerk Room 386 City Hall and Courthouse Saint Paul, Minnesota 55102 Dear Mayor McCarty: The Long-Range Capital Improvement Budget Committee has, at the request of the Department of Parks, Recreation and Public Build- ings, reviewed the Capital Improvement Budget for 1970 and recommends that it be amended in the following particulars: 1. Reduce the appropriation for the Taylor School Acquisition (Parks Project Priority No. 8) from $60,000 to $50,000; and 2. Create a new project entitled Mounds Recreation Center Site Expansion with an allocation of $10,000.
