RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Saint paul, upon
the recommaendation of the Saint Paul-Long-Range Capital Im-
prove�nent Budget Committee, that the Capital Improve�ent Budget
for the City of Saint paul for 1970, a� heretofore adopted by
this Council and as amended, is hereby further amended in the
following particularsa
1. Reduce the appropri�tion for the Taylor 3chool
Acquisition (Parks Project Priority l�o. 8) from
$60,UOU to $5U,000; and
2. Create a new project entitled Mounds Recreation
Center �ite Expansion with an allocation of
$10,�00.

Dear Mayor McCarty:
The Long-Range Capital Improvement Budget Committee has, at the
request of the Department of Parks, Recreation and Public Build-
ings, reviewed the Capital Improvement Budget for 1970 and
recommends that it be amended in the following particulars:
1. Reduce the appropriation for the Taylor School
Acquisition (Parks Project Priority No. 8) from
$60,000 to $50,000; and
2. Create a new project entitled Mounds Recreation
Center Site Expansion with an allocation of
$10,000.
Such changes affect only moneys previously allocated to the Depart-
ment of Parks, Recreation and Public Buildings and has a net effect
on the total budget of zero.
