Cement Contractors, Inc., Contractor, the specified date of completion is July 1, 1970, and WHBREAS, due to conditions b�yond the Contractor's control it was not possible to complete the contract by said date of completion, therefore be it R&SOLUHD� That the proper City Officials be and they are hereby a�thorized and directed to execute an aaendment to said contract eatending the ti�e of completion to Septneber 9, 1970, pravided however, that this resolntion shall have no force or ef£ect unless the sureties on the Contractor�s bond consent thereto and file such consent in writing with the City Comptroller, and be it FURTHBR RBSOLVHD, That the City of Saint Faul hereby waives all claim for � liquidated dameges and that no engineering and inspection costs on this project t will be charged to the Contractor for �uch extended period.
