� WHEREAS, the City will require a drainage and utility easement on, under and across the westerly 20.00 feet
z of Lot 30, Block 4, Hazel Park to accommodate runoff resulting from the improvement of the alley in the said

s WHEREAS, based on recent land sales in the vicinity, the Real Estate Division has established a value of
6$3,000.00 for the said drainage and sewer easement; and

s WHEREAS, Arthur L. And Mary D. Cowles, the owners of the said Lot 30 have agreed to dedicate the said
9 easement in return for $3,000.00;

u THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the proper City officials are hereby authorized and directed to pay
iz $3,000.00 to the said Arthur L. And Mary D. Cowles, and to receive in exchange, and to file in the office of
