This property is further r�ascribed as: Lots 14-15, and part of 16, Block 4, St. Paul Proper. This matter was considered by the Board of Zoning at their September 3, 1970, meeting. The staff reported that revised plans received that day meet required design standards and the recommendations of the staff and Traffic Engineer.
