It is my opinion that the records listed on the attached Application for Authority to Destroy Fublic Records may properly and lawfully be destroyed, subject, however, to obtaining permission from the Commissioner of Administra- tion and Chairman of the State Archives Commission, pursua.nt to Minnesota Statutes, Section 138. 17 .
