PAUL couNCi� d�'�`� OFFICE OF THE CITY CLERK F��E NO. � OUNCIL R OLUTION—GENERAL FORM PRESENTED BY COMMISSIONE ATF RESOLVED, that the Council hereby ratifies & approves the action of the Saint Paul Board of Appeals & Review for the Housing, Building & Fire Prevention Codes at its meet- ing of November 26 , 1969, pertaining to the property locat- ed at 1066 Ross, owned by Rueben Phelps & described as: West � of Lot 11, Block 8 , Terry' s addition; granting an extension of time, until August 15, 1970, to repair the exterior trim, repair shed floor boards, repair sY�ed window and door frames, and replace missing siding from outside of rear shed and granting an extension of time of sixty days to install a hand sink in the bathroom of Unit 1, install at least one additional electrical outlet in the west bedroom of Unit 2, install sash cords on the bathroom windows of Unit 2, and repair loose & peeling plaster of ceiling & walls of the bathroom of Unit 2; and 1 be it FURTHER RESOLVED, that Se�tion 54.11 of the Saint Paul Legi.slative Code nece.ss��tinJinstallation of a hand sink in the bathroom of Unit 2 be waived and be it . FURTHER RESOLVED, that Section 54.15 (3) of the Saint Paul Legislative Code that no wood fr8me multiple dwe�ling � be occupied above the second iloor be waived to allow con- tinued occupancy, designated as Unit 3, on condition that a member of the Rueben Phelps family occupy said dwe�ling unit; and be it .
