C NCIL RESOLUTION—GENERAL FORM

COMMISSIONE ATE
RESOLVED,that the Council hereby ratifies and approves the
action of the St. Paul Board of Appeals and Review for the
Housing, Building and Fire Prevention Codes at its meeting of
August 13, 1969, pertaining to the property located at 644
Sherwood, 'owned by Erwin H. Otteson and described as:
Lots 1 and 2, Block 1, Denny Hill Addition;
waiving the reguirements of Section 34 . 01, Section 54.07 and
Section 54.13 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code that no space
in �ny cellar shall be used for sleeping purposes on condition
that Sections 54 .13 (2) and 54 .13 (3) of the Saint Paul Legis-
lative Code concerning required space in dwelling units and in
sleeping rooms be complied with; and be it
FURTHER RESLOVED,that such waiver be granted until such
time as the property at 644 Sherwood be sold or any other right,
title or interest be transferred at which time said waiver
be nullified; and be it
FINALLY RESOLVED,that tk�e City Clerk is hereby authorized
and directed to transmit a copy of this resolution to the
Ramsey County Register of Deeds.
