OUNCIL RESOLUTION-GENERAL FORM

RESOLVED, that the Council hereby ratifies and approves
the action of the Saint Paul Board of Appeals and Review
for the Housing, Building and Fire Prevention Codes at its
meeting of May 13, 1970 pertaining to the property located
at 1242 Albemarle, owned by Florence Koenker and described
as;
Lot 9, Block l, Pigatts Carbon Street Addition
granting an extension of time of ninety days from the c�ate
of publicat2on of this resolution to repair the porch at
1242 Albemarle so as to make it safe; and granting an ex-
tension of time of one year from the date of publication
to paint ,the exterior �trim, point the cracks in the foun-
dation on the east aneY' southeast sides, repaint exterior
of the structure, repair :screen on the exterior south
window, re�Paint the garage, repair garage door so a5 to
properly hinge and align, repair and point up rear chim-
ney, or present a plan to comply with said items at the
end of the year's time, and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that Section 54.14 (5) of the Saint
Paul Legislative Code requiring an additional number of
electrical outlets in the living room, dining room, north
bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and north second floor bed-
room; be waived until such time as the property at 1242
Albemarle b� sold or any other right, title or interest
be transferred�at which time said waiver be nullified;
and be it
FINALLY RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby
authorized �nd directed to transmit a copy of this re-
solution to the Ramsey County Register of Deeds.
