WHEREAS, The Council of the City of Saint Paul , by its
Resolution, Council File No . 248856, approved May 14, 1970,
vacated a portion of an alley in Block 12, Rice Street Villas,
and as a condition thereto required the dedication of a permanent
easemen.t for alley purposes; and
WHEREAS, The petitioner has presented the City with a Deed
of Dedication in compliance with the above-described vacation
resolution which has been approved as to form by the Corporation
Counsel; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the Council of the City of Saint Paul does
hereby accept dedication for alley purposes, the Southerly
twenty (S'ly 20) feet of the Westerly twenty (W�ly 20) feet of
Lot seven (�) in Block twelve (12) , Rice Street Villas; and the
Corporation Counsel is hereby directed to record in the Office
of the Registrar of Titles the original of said deed.
