RESOLVED, That the proper City officers are hereby
authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the City a
Cooperative Agreement between the City of Saint Paul and the
State of• Minnesota, Department of Highways, whereby the City
at the expense of the State will perform the work necessary
to interconnect various signals located at the intersections
of Franklin and Cromwell , Franklin and Eustis, University and
Cromwell , University and Eustis, Territorial Road and Cromwell,
and Territorial Road and Eustis.
