WHEREAS, Registered Bill No. 3-58'7'7 has been issued in the
amount of �160.57 and a dispute exists as to the amount of damage
caused the City, and both the City and the parties involved are
desirous of resolving their differences; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the proper City officers are authorized to
accept �80.28 in full compromise settlement of the bill and to
cancel the balance.
