RESOLVED, that out of the Workmen' s Compensation Account
of the General Fund, weekly compensation of $70.00 be paid
Henry B. Jones while he is temporarily totally disabled by
reason of injuries he received on April 30, 1970, while employed
by the Department of Public Works; and that $42.00 in final
settlement, for May 6, 7 , and 8, 1970, is now due and payable.
This Resolution rescinds Council File 249126 adopted
June 3, 1970.
