COUNCIL RESOLUTION—GENERAL FORM
PRESENTED BY
COMMISSIONE F
RESOLVED, that the Council hereby ratifies and approves the
action of the Saint Paul Board of Appeals and Review for the
Housing, Building and Fire Prevention Codes at its meeting of
April 22 , 1970, pertaining to the property located at 622 Grand
Avenue, owned by Le Roy R. Bakewell and described as:
Easterly Quadrant portion measuring 2.07 ' on the North line
and 2.85 ' on the South line Lot 2 and all of Lot l, Block 2,
Summit Park Addition;
waiving the requirement of Section 54.11 of the Saint Paul Legis-
lative Code that each dwelling unit be equipped with a water closet,
lavatory and bathtub or shower on condition that each of the four
basement dwelling units sharing one bathroom in the basement of
said property shall be limited to one occupant each and not more
than four occupants shall share aforesaid facilities; and be it
FURTHER RESOLVED, that such waiver be granted until such
time as the property at 622 Grand Avenue be sold or any other
right, title or interest be transferred at which time said
waiver be nullified; and be it
FINALLY RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized
and directed to send a copy of this resolution to the Ramsey
County Register of Deeds.
