The Council of 'the City of St: Paul having received the report, of:th�e Commissioner of F��ric�
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with. � �
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Councii recommends is
to reconstruct the sidewalk on the east side of Victoria St. fram Scheffer -Ave, to
the north approximately 120 ft. and by doing all other work w�ich is necessary and
incidental �o complete said improvement, except where good and sufficient poured-
sidewalks now exist,
with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $3_80 �er lin ft for a S' wide walk
$4.60 per lin ft for a 6': wide walk `
Resolved Further, That a publie hearing be had on said improvement on the 9t�:day of
July, 1970 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., in the Council Ch$xnber of the Court
House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Cornmissioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Gharter, sta,ting the time and p�ace of
hearing, the na�ure of the improvement and the total oost thereof as estimated.
