In the Matter of reconstructing the sidewalk on both sides of Hardenberg Place
fro�m Lyton Place to Atwate�5t. and by doing all other work, whicg is necessary and
incidental to complete said improvement,
under Preliminary Order 248375 approved Apri1 14, 1970
The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the Commissioner of F�nance
upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be prceeeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is
to reconstruct the sidewalk on both sides of Hardenberg Place from Lyton Place to
Atwater St. and by doing a11 other work which is necessary and incidental to cam-
plete said improvement, except where good and sufficient poured sidewalks now exist,
with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $ 3.80T�r 7iri ft for a 5' wide walk
$ 4.60 per lin ft for a 6' wide walk
Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 9th day of
Ju13z, 197U , at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., in the Council Chamber of the Court
House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Chaxter, stating the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
