under Preliminary Order 248374 ' approved _A�nril 14, 1970
The Council af the City of St. Paul havin$ received the report of the Commissioner of FSnance
upon the above impxovemerit, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is
to. reconstruct the sidewalk on the east side of Hamline �4ve. from .W. Jessamine Ave.
to .Wynne Ave. extended and by doing all other work whict�is necessary and fncidental
to complete said improve�ent, except where good and sufficient poured sidewalk.s now
exist,
� with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $ 3.8�er �t*+ ft for a 5' wide walk
$ 4.60 per lin ft for a 6' -wide walk
Resolved`Further, Th�t a public heaxing be had on said improvement on the Sth , day of '
July, 1970 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., in the Council Chamber of the Court
House and City Hall Building in the City af St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Chaxter, stating the time and plac�e of
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
