In the Matter of reconstructing the sidewalk on both sides of Hall Avenue from
West Winifred St. to West Congress St, and bq doing all other work which is necessary
and incidental to complete said improvement,
under Preliminary Order- 248352 approved' A�ril 10, 1970
The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report of the'Commissioner of F�nance
' upon the above 'improvement, and having considered said report, hereby resolves:
1. That the said report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said improvement :
is hereby ordered to be proceeded with.
2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council recommends is
to rec�natruct the sidewalk on both sides of flall Avenue from West Winifred St, to
West Congress St, and by doing all other work which is necessary and incidental to
complete said inprovement, except where �bod and sufficient poured sidewalks naw
exist,
with no aiternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $-3.80 �er lin ft for a 5' wide walk
$ 4.60 per lin ft for a 6' wide walk
l�,esolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 7th day of
Juiy, 197a , at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., in the Cauncil Chamber of the Court
House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That th� Commissioner af Finance give notice �of
said meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Chaxter, stating the time and place of
hearing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof a� estimated.
