INTERMEDIARY ORDER By- File Na S 9121 In the Matter of reconstructing the sidewalk on both 'sides of Morton St. from Smith Ave. to Ottawa Ave. and by doing all other work which is necessary and incidental to complete said improvement, under Preliminary Order 248349 approved---- _Apr il 10, 1970 The Council of the City of St. Paul having received the report af the Comn�issioner of Finance upon the above improvement, and having considered said report, hereby reaolves. 1. That the sa.id report and the same is hereby approved and adopted, and the said impravement is hereby ordered to be proceeded with. 2. That the nature of the improvement which the Council r�commends is to reconstruct the sidewalk on both sides of Morton St, fram 6miCh l�ve. to Ottawa Ave. and by doing all other work which is necessary and incidental to comp�e said improvement, except where good and sufficient poured sidewalks now exist, with no alternatives, and that the estimated cost thereof is $ 3...�0 p�_r lin ft for a 5' wide walk $ 4.6A per lin ft for a 6' wide walk' Resolved Further, That a public hearing be had on said improvement on the 8th day of - Ju1X.., 1970 , at the hour of 10 o'clock A.M., in the Council Chamber of the Court House and City Hall Building in the City of St. Paul. That the Commissioner of Finance give notice of sa.id meeting to the persons and in the manner provided by the Charter, stating the time and place of heaxing, the nature of the improvement and the total cost thereof as estimated.
